The building, its maps and its signs come first. We believe guidance should make sense in the place itself.
mapco makes the maps you already have easier to use.It supports on-site signs with directions and orientation in your hand, when you need them.
When someone knows where they want to go, help them get there without waiting or confusion. Our priority is moving smoothly through the real place, not spending more time on a screen.
Meeting Room A, a spot on the map, or a nearby restroom. Help people who know their destination find the route and direction from their starting point. Fewer steps and less waiting, so they can move confidently on site.

Frequently asked questions
A few things to know.
Can I view a map without reception?
Maps saved to your device in advance can be viewed offline. Updating information and using online services such as reservations or notifications requires an internet connection.
How do I set my starting point?
Scan a QR code assigned to a location in the facility, or select a starting point on the map. Then choose your destination. The compass shows your device heading; it is not GPS position tracking.
Can it connect to other systems?
You can link to guidance by URL, embed a map on your facility website, and connect facility service information through an external API. We confirm the method and scope for your target system.
Can I keep using it for free?
Yes. Core use with ads is free with no time limit, for one facility and up to three floors. You can choose paid options for ad removal, higher limits or map production. Preparedness features remain free.
Can I start without a digital floor plan?
Yes. Start by photographing an existing map with your phone. Images and PDFs work too. Review and correct the imported information before publishing.
Do visitors need to install an app?
No. Visitors can view the map by scanning a QR code or opening a URL, without registering. The facility team needs an account to create and manage maps.
Do I need new QR codes after an update?
No. Updating the same map does not change its URL. Existing QR codes still work when you change names or facility information.
Does it support other languages and wheelchair routes?
Yes. Guidance supports multiple languages. Using the paths and amenities registered by the facility, visitors can choose suitable options such as walking or routes that take accessibility into account.
Can you create our map for us?
Yes. Our map production service helps from creation to publication. We provide a tailored quote, whatever the scale.
